		<description>How true. Moderating is never an easy thing, sometimes its not just the mechanics of splitting, deleting or moving topics, sometimes moderators have to simply balance the conversation. As moderators, they have to determine what is acceptable, and what isn&#039;t. And that requires knowing more than just basic forum functions.
