That's what it's all about, really. Communicating what you expect from your staff and then making sure that they are accountable for it. And well I got a few staff members on my own sites and I got a mini test they have to pass. Something which I do on and off, if they show that they got what it takes they are in. But yes I also have banned lots of moderators who just took things too lightly and made fun of the rules themselves. So I guess if you are strict and tell them what you are after keeping in mind they respect the rules, a good staff member can be a great asset Well Patrick nicely put together.
