If people have an adequate science education, they would know without being told directly that a lot of what previous generations believed was simply not true. They would know without being told that Christianity is based on myths and dogma for which no corroborating evidence exists. So, you can’t really make people believe this stuff unless some emotional manipulation is involved, right? Like playing on their fears and making them think that bad things will happen if they stop believing in Christian dogma?

The things that affect us the most are the people that we encounter on a daily basis. Looking past that, just do your own thing. You are who you are, don't let others guide you off your path.
