		<description>Yes I would agree that it is definitely a good idea to keep all negativity out of your own forum. Even if the &quot;bad mouthing&quot; or bad talking is done via private messaging, you as the admin should really stay out of it. In the end it can come back to bite you. It&#039;s just like in real life, if you talk about people all the time, especially behind their backs, eventually it is going to come back and haunt you.
