IMO the third factor is the most interesting :) An adequate member won&#039;t be banned, and single minor violation won&#039;t cause long term of punishment. Most of apologies and responsibility acceptencies in my practice took place aftere severe violations (and corresponding long bans). In extraordinary situations even some members are ready to stand bail for especially charismatic troublemakers :) And these decisions are not simple.</description>
