How Can I Help You? What Would You Like Me to Write About?
Speaking of helping people, I’d like to take a moment and ask how I can help you? What can I write about? Do you have a challenge that you’d like me to think about? Is there a community management related issue that you’d like me to comment on?
If so, I’d love to hear from you in the comments. I know that these situations can sometimes be sensitive, so feel free to email me instead. If I write about your situation, I will be happy to keep your name anonymous and any sensitive details private, upon request.
I like writing about matters that directly affect the people who read my work, so please don’t hesitate to ask for input or suggest a topic at any time.
Thank you for reading and for for your support.
Very important question, even though a lot of CM professionals would probably disagree (because they think that the platform is not important when it comes to CM, it is about knowledge, not the tool)
What is the best CM platform when it comes to mobile?
Imo there is a big change, PCs and even laptops will disappear and thus keyboards. People will write on touch screens of their phones and tablets. Is this changing CM? Will they write that many posts (and will they be as long as with a keyboard?)?
I think the user behaviour will change – and I still havent found out how to adapt. Is the forum still the number 1 option? App > homepage? Maybe even a third party app (Facebook?)?
Thank you for the response, Benjamin.

I would like to read the reasoning behind choosing a commenting system when trying to build a community around a blog.
I have currently implemented FaceBook comments but, a couple of months down the line, I am wondering if it was a good choice after all.
Thank you for the response, Abhi. I appreciate it.
